Mexican-Born, San Antonio-Based Contemporary Artist
Born in Reynosa, Mexico and growing up in McAllen, Texas I have always lived on the border between two countries. Now being a Trinity University student, I have been able to bring my perspective of both cultures into my work and life.
I like to think of my artwork as a collage of many different emotions and memories each being unique, that come together to create a phase of time. I accomplish this using many different mediums and designs as I discover different ways to express what I’m feeling.
